Synopsis:Made for National Benzole company this is the history of the first commercial vehicle rally from London to Brighton, Starting at Clapham. All types of commercial vehicles, including Harrods van, fire engines and a van owned by Lord Montague. Film shows new vehicles and then cuts back to the same type of vehicle years before in b&w archive.

Tanker at airfield; Archive - Old fire station – firemen go down pole onto horse driven fire trucks also motorised truck they put out fire; Colour- Present day firemen and vehicles; Archive - Fashionable ladies posing in their costumes then present day posers
