Starting with their formation 100s of millions of years ago, it follows the story of oil and gas under the North Sea through the last 3 decades to an examination of some of the offshore production systems of the future. UNDER THE NORTH SEA is not only a story of technical triumph, but also one of enterprise, investment and human endeavour in one of the most hostile seas in the world. With its dramatic and exciting presentation, this programme will appeal to a wide variety of audiences.
